Anne will explore how different cultures read astrology differently and how we can use these diversities in our own practice.\n\nAnne Beversdorf\, author of Vedic Secrets to Happiness\, has been a professional astrological counselor since 1993.  She combines both Western and  Vedic astrology in each consultation.  In addition to spiritual development and predictive work\, her consulting includes Vedic astrological remedies.  Anne has received a Lifetime Achievement Award (for astrology) from Marquis’ Who’s Who and has accepted an invitation to speak at an International Astrology Conference in India in February 2020. DESCRIPTION:ASA Special  Lecture: A.T. Mann\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				Saturday\, March 9\, 2019 will be an especially powerful constellation day! We will have just started a Mercury Retrograde period–a rich time for looking inward. And THIS Mercury Retrograde will be accompanied by Neptune (spiritual depth) and Chiron–healing old wounds–in it’s newly reached Aries position–great for moving forward. All together this is perfect for going inward and backwards through time to retrieve and heal personal and family wounds that linger with us in the present. \nWe’ll start right at 11 am. This Saturday (Mar 9) there are THREE constellation spots still available –so grab one while they’re still here 🙂 . While there is NO COST to attend merely as a “participant” (I’ll have an anonymous donation bowl available)\, **the Focus Person spot is $250\, prepaid. I ask folks to bring potluck so we don’t lose an hour or so finding restaurants during the day. I’ll provide a main dish\, but if you have dietary restrictions bring something you can eat. \nThe process of Family Constellation is healing on many levels. The epigenetic source of our own difficulties is often many generations back\, and by interacting with the past we apparently step into a shifted timeline in which the trauma that affected our ancestry is resolved before we got here. If you’ve never seen this work\, this is a good time to give it a try. If you’ve been debating whether to get your OWN constellation done\, this March will be unusually strong energy for dipping into the past. \nThe day may end at 5pm or may go as late as 7 pm. Constellations take as long as they take\, so the stop-time must be flexible. It is important for all participants for everyone to plan to be there the whole day. I promise you won’t be bored! \nOne of my personal panic buttons is not knowing how many people will be there. DESCRIPTION:“Embody the Truth\, Not your Myth” \nTo some extent we all live out our myth. the frame of reference we adapted in our childhood and the genetic code we inherited from our ancestors. The horoscope reveals this myth\, the thinker “I” “me” or “self” that determines our destiny. All Vedic Life sciences including\, Yoga and Vedic Astrology\, were created not to embody\, but to be liberated from our myth. Jung referred to this as psychological maturation\, so our true personality can emerge. Joseph Campbell saw this innate human struggle as the basis of a broad spectrum of myths and stories throughout cultures and history\, which he called the monomyth. \nMost healing modalities\, including the monomyth\, suggest a chronology of stages. In Vedic Astrology healing is not sequential\, we can stay in one stage for decades\, or totally skip some of the stages.
